- At this time we only accept orders for delivery to most countries on this ecommerce site, except orders for Europe are handled by Prompter People Europe Limited. Orders ship via UPS. please call us at +1-408-866-9100 for alternate locations and delivery methods. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, orders involving a configured ATA rated flight case may take an extra couple of days.
