Riverside Poly High School teacher, John Enyeart and Sid Llera started their Video Production program on a wing and a prayer in January, 2011. Staffed with Panasonic HC-V10K HD cameras, the program was on it's way, starting with two sections of an Introduction to Video Production. With grants reaching an estimate of almost a quarter of a million dollars, the program moved into the old auto shop room and has blossomed into a media center, now with four sections of Introduction to Video Production and one Advanced Video/Broadcast class. The students have gained knowledge and valuable experience working with high end equipment, learning to use Final Cut Pro and working in the field as interns on various school and community based projects.
"We are proud to use Flolights in our Media Center Green Screen stage for students to use during our school news broadcasts and on various classroom video projects."
